Do I need equipment?

For the Bodies by Mel Sweat and Shine cards, all you need is your own body weight and some mini loop resistance bands and a skipping rope.

What if I don’t have mini loop bands or a skipping rope?

You can easily purchase the bands or skipping rope as an add on to your purchase before checkout.

What if I don’t know how to do the exercises?

That’s ok! Just go to the QR code on each exercise card to see a quick demo of the exercise.

What if I don’t understand the workout format?

There is a QR code on each format card that will explain each format card on how to execute the workout.

What if I don’t have lots of time?

Workouts range from 10 minutes to 1 hour. You can easily mix and match format cards to make the workout your own!

Are the exercises challenging?

Most exercises can be made to be more or less of a challenge. Modifications are shown in most QR code links if the exercise can be modified.

Can beginners use this?

Absolutely! QR codes take you to a quick demo to show you how the exercise done correctly.

Can I take this with me while travelling or on the go?

Yes! The box is compact. Easily packable.

Will there be more cards in the future?

Yes! Expansion packs will be available in the future. For example, there will be a box to use with hand weights, also, one that will utilize exercise sliders as well! And new and exciting formats as well! Keep an eye out in the new year!
